Courtney Bundy

Courtney M. Bundy has had a camera in her hands since she was in eighth grade, and it wasn’t until she reached high school when she became more serious about her work. After high school she studied photography at the University of Colorado Denver achieving her B. F. A. and will graduate in May of 2015. She has completed an internship at Randal’s Photography, a studio in Arvada, CO where she was also hired to work for the photographer as his assistant. Once she began her studies at the University of Colorado Denver, she was simultaneously working on her fine art work as well as pursuing commercial jobs.

The commercial work she created in 2014 was displayed at the 2014 Photography Showcase show in the Tivoli on Auraria Campus. Her most recent work is showcased in both the 16 x 16 x 16 student traveling exhibition as well as the BFA Thesis Exhibition. Her current body of work Reciprocity Failure reflects not only her experience taking acting classes in past, but also her skills in digital manipulation. Her background is in working with 35mm film, however she has transitioned over to working digitally.
